Ram blowout preventers use a defined ram arrangement within the preventer body. The required ram function and the tubular configuration must be specified together; different ram types serve different purposes.
Include the required bore, working pressure, number of cavities and ram configuration in your enquiry. Where a shearing function is requested, supply the full tubular details and your acceptance requirements for manufacturer review.
For replacement units or rams, send the original equipment identification and drawings. Compatibility, operating capability and any proposed substitutions need documented confirmation before an order is placed.
